I am encountering the same bug. Bastila Fallen never uses Wild Lightning when on defense or on auto battle.

SAme issue. I've confirmed in testing via auto play on offense and through people who have played my team on defense.

In addition - when used on offense, under certain conditions - it seems the special damage she deals to all enemies can be avoided via foresight (which shouldn't by the description)

I and a couple other fellow shard mates are experiencing the same issues, we have made this video that should illustrate a scenario where it does not make sense for her to use basic over the wild lightning on auto.
