My DR is on defense for my guild mate to do testing after the update today and I noticed my BSF didn't inflict fear.  So I immediately picked 8-F cantina node and BSF didn't inflict fear either against Tusken raider g11 85 Tusken Raider either.  

Please fix this ASAP.  

I also want to give another feedback.  CG/EA, please do your very best not to do roll out update during GAC.  It really messes up the gaming strategy of some players especially don't do the game update before the round ends please.  This is the very worst scenario and creates disadvantage for players who gonna do battles at the last 1-2 hours before cutoff time.  Please highly consider this in the future.  It's very not user friendly.  Thank you.

Unlike Darth Revan's Fear, Bastilla Shan Fallen's fear can be resisted. So even with all the extra potency she has there is always a 15% chance of it being resisted.

You can see in the video the Fear was resisted.
