After I killed the final player my game suddenly crashed, after loading back in I did not receive the badge mean while bother my teammates did.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unlock badge for character. *Also worth noting that the "Assassin" badge for my Bloodhound is not progressing, either.
Missing Double Duty badge; attached is proof of Kill Leader as well as Champion requirements for badge unlock. Not shown: Assassin badge's lack of progression despite finishing the game with 5+ kills.
Pred badge missing.
I played apex a lot in season 3 and got predator with pathfinder. I got the charm and trail. Then I took a long break from the game and recently started playing again. I noticed the pred badge is still not on my account and wondering if there is some way to fix it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe try getting kills, and see how many kills your entire squad gets in total?
So, I’m not sure how long this has been going on, but it’s happened to me a couple of times now, where the Teamwork badge won’t unlock to the next tier. My teammates and I had a total of 22 kills, my Bangalore had 7, Lifeline had 7, and I had 8, so I should’ve gotten the next tier of the Teamwork badge, where each teammate gets 7 kills. Does it specifically have to be 7 for each teammate?
Me too. But the 4k damage badge. The match was on 2021/07/15 at 21h50 (+/-).
I just won a game as kill leader but didn't recieve the medal "Win a game while being kill leader" and “Double duty”
