What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. When I left the match

What happens when the bug occurs? When my squad each got 10 kills, we never got the teamwork badge, we were having such a good game
What should be happening instead? We need to receive the badge and fix the badge issue
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Your squad needs to get 10 kills each and it usually works but for some reason we did not receive it, please fix this

It’s not fair to get a great game, all of your squad mates get 10 kills and so do you get 10 required kills, and see that you did not get the badge after all hard work. I wish I got that badge but that bug ruined it all...

I was being revived by lifeline when a logic error occurred and we were sent back to menu, loaded in we were dead, after match went to lobby expected to see a badge got another error, 3K badge never showed

What happens when the bug occurs? I’m unsure as this is the first time I’ve experienced this logic error bug. Second issue was also a first for me.
What should be happening instead? I should’ve stayed in the game and played the rest of the game normally and should have received a 3k damage badge

It saddens me to know I did all this hard work to get octanes 3k damage badge and didn’t receive the badge upon returning to lobby due to a series of bugs.

I would appreciate if you could look into this and hopefully grant me the badge I rightfully earned.

If there’s any additional information needed I will do my best to provide it.

Should have unlocked the No Witnesses badge, but didn't for whatever reason. My friends and I were in a pre-made squad, won, and they both got the badge but I did not. I didn't take the screenshot myself, but a friend did luckily. My gamertag is dxddy_ashley.

Triple 5 kill badge didnt unlock. All three members of the team got 5 kills. Didnt get a badge. I was playing with a friend and one random. Its really frustrating <3
