What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Volace
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. Don't know
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Lifeline (at the moment)
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? Not applicable
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Market
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was looting, but it happens very often on different timings and places
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 18.02.19 13:52:12
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs the game crashes without warning or freezing to desktop.
What should be happening instead? It should keep running the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea, the game crashes at random moments

The issue is that the game stops working without any error message. This happens with every champion at any place at any time, there is no consistency at all.

I have no trouble with connection or running the game (every setting on low or medium).

Gpu is not overclocked, CPU is overclocked from 3,4Ghz to 4,2 Ghz but does not exceeds 70 degrees celsius.

The only thing I can find is an error in the Windows Event Viewer (error attached below as a .txt file)

Things I tried:

  • Disabling fullscreen optimization
  • reinstalling Origin
  • move the game from HDD to SSD
  • remove any overclock
  • changed slot of GPU
  • run game in compatibility mode (windows 7)
  • run game as administrator
  • run Origin as administator
  • latest gpu driver

  • latest windows version

  • repaired the game, updated the game

  • running game in windowed and fullscreen mode

I think this is a bug that should be fixed from the developers side.
