Babies sans marriage and no proposal in site.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure. Female sim has two male sims in romantic relationship (Levels 8 and 10) and can't propose. However, I tapped on the baby bassinet and it gave me the option to have a baby with either. At first bed wasn't used, but about a minute in, it was.
What do you expect to see? Was under the impression that sims had to be married before baby could be obtained.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. Female sim has 100% relationship with 2 male sims. Can't proposed to either, however, tapped on baby bassinet and she can have a baby with either despite the fact she's not married. I was under the impression this couldn't happen.
What do you expect to see? Proposal option and marriage - then baby creation.

Did you try the Wedding Arch to get married? I don't think having a baby is a bug with just a lover (not husband), as we see this all too much in real life.

PhantomLover1717, I had read you had to be married.  Perhaps it was an outdated article.  I finally created a new sim and she's able to marry him.  Thanks for trying to help.  Very odd that she couldn't marry a person she met on the street.  Was very careful not to pick one with the blue plumbob too.

Hi @MovieHelen,

From what you describe, it sounds you were trying to marry a Sim that was an elder - this is not possible and that's why I think you were not getting the option.

Hope that, at least, clarifies the reason.
