What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all exept wedding, tiny living, laudry stuff. i have no kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? take 2 sims of opposite gender and different body types and make them have a baby. go into CAS and make the baby an young adult. the baby shall now have almost identical body as the parent of the same gender.
What happens when the bug occurs? the sims babies get almost 100% identical bodies as the parent of the same gender. the female babies just have broader sholders. thats the only difference.
What do you expect to see? I want to see a baby that has a good mix of both the parents proposions when it comes to their body.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I deleted all CC and mods. and tried on 3 different computers. still same result.
I`ve tried to make babies on 3 different computers but it doesn`t work. if this is going to be like this always i`m going to loose interest in the sims 4 sadly
