Babies May Not Age On Ultra Speed

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This one may be tricky to reproduce. The exact steps that may have affected this were: * Go to acting lot to perform a gig * Enter labour while on set * Go home instead of finishing work day * Have baby at hospital, joining the parent for the birth * Enter ultra speed as soon as you get home, for as much of the baby stage as possible * Abstain from player input for 3+ in-game days. This occurred when I was trying to test how well Sims autonomously take care of babies, so there was little player input at the time. The phone was muted so calls would not interrupt ultra speed.
What happens when the bug occurs? Babies do not seem to age at all when this bug occurs. Parental leave expired without a birthday notification in sight. The calendar showed that the birthday would be in 3 days still. A few more days passed and the calendar showed that the birthday would be 3 days from then. I decided to check sim info (via a mod), which showed that 0.02 days had passed for the baby. The mother's age progressed fine. The bug went away when reloading the save.
What do you expect to see? Proper aging of babies when in ultra speed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm unsure if this is caused by mods as I generally do not use ultra speed like done here. Since it also went away after reloading the save, I can't be sure it wasn't the exact sequence of events that caused this.
