[BY DESIGN] [V] Vampire with guilty drinker unaffected [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? vampires, get to work, get famous, get together, cats and dogs, tiny living and seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a vampire and give them the guilty drinker weakness, and get them up to master vampire
What happens when the bug occurs? The weakness means the sim should get a +50 uncomfortable moodlet, but this does not happen
What do you expect to see? They should get the moodlet
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So, I have a sim with the guilty drinker weakness, yet they are unaffected.  I don't know why this is, any help?

I agree that this sounds by design if the Carefree trait is being used.

Have you given them the carefree trait in the rewards store because I accidentally purchased that and it gets rid of tense mood.

@nikitadalgetty I tested this on my game and I have no issue getting the moodlet so do you have the carefree trait on your Sim ?
