[BY DESIGN] Storage is the same for all fridges/chests [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion and game packs except from jungle fever. spooky stuff, back garden stuff, patio stuff, vintage glamour, movie hangout and kids stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy trying to buy a fridge and opening it
What happens when the bug occurs? when opening any fridge or other storage options they are always already full with stuff i have in other fridges. Even if i buy a new one its already filled with stuff from the other ones.
What do you expect to see? I expect the storage things to be empty so i can put stuff in it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
