[BY DESIGN] Sims Walk Through the Wrought Iron Fence [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place down the Wrought Iron Fence. Get the Sim to Go somewhere behind that fence (or make an enclosure and get the Sim to go into that area).
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim will, instead of walking through a gate, or going around it, will simply walk straight through it. This would be fine and make sense if it was a small fence the Sim could step over, however there is no way realistically they could get through it just by walking (they can't jump over it either, obviously). This probably isn't intentional as iron pointed fences are usually used as boundaries/defence walls, not ones for people to go straight through.
What do you expect to see? The Sim should use any available gates, or find a way to get around the fence into the area. If there is no gate, and no way around, then they should be giving the 'I Need Help' cry instead of going happily into that area.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Apparently this is by design.  Sims should be able to walk over or through low fences.  The fact that Sims used to walk around low fences was a bug and not intended design.

Noticed that with that fence and the higher one same style after the last update some thing in coding i think send that comment over to tch support they might not know
