[BY DESIGN] [SV] StrangerVille's Erwin is missing his glasses! [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Base game and StrangerVille.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look for Erwin in Live Mode of Strangerville.
What happens when the bug occurs? Erwin is missing his glasses.
What do you expect to see? Erwin wearing his glasses like in the promotional material and the relationships tab; where you can see him wearing his glasses like he should be in Live Mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I agree with @simvasion and I don't think this is a bug, just because it's always been like this. I just loaded up the Feb 2019 Patch (when Strangerville was first released) and it's the same, no glasses.

@Cristal_Swan when he's working in the booth, he's wearing the same situation uniform that all other consipracy theorists in Strangerville wear.

Maxis made his everyday outfit is a copy of this uniform, but with glasses. I don't think this is truly a bug, because to fix it you'd have to either force every conspiracy theorist to have glasses by adding them to the consipiracy uniform, or force the shop owner to wear their everyday outfit instead, which might not make sense if Erwin is ever replaced by someone else (which might happen if you make Erwin into a playable character).
