[BY DESIGN] Publish books cannot be purchased

The books which are written disappeared after publication.

I cannot purchase the Publish books through the bookcases or computers.

The purchase option is available but i cannot find my books.

@kaicesiu Seems this is not a bug but how it works atm. Once published the books are gone.
