How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work Bundle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just look for The Bare Essentials Gnome in decorations category... you won't find
What happens when the bug occurs? Some base game items like this litte naked fellow or the Hot Dog costume are missing on Consoles
What do you expect to see? The Bare Essentials Gnome on Consoles pleeeease!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Unfortunately, we were not allowed to include the Bare Essentials Gnome in the Console version of the game.

Regarding the Hot Dog costume, that is a part of the Deluxe Party Edition Upgrade.  Do you have that?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I can't imagine a really logical reason for that hahahah it's THE SIMS! He's the most hilarious gnome... so sad right now :'(
Is there a chance for we to have it on future?

Oh, I still don't have the Party Edition, thank you! ;-)
