@SharkSimmer@BryonyRae The shadow casting is based on the time of day setting per region description. So the sun direction for shadows aren't affected by day progress.

Yes, objects are casting shadows on the neighborhood "Manage World" screen now, and those shadows change as the day progresses.  I would tend to think that it's by design.

 

@SimGuruArvin or @SimGuruNick - could one of you maybe verify whether this is or isn't an intended effect?

Ah, I thought I saw 'em changing, but it must have been my mis-perception.  However, the shadows are there by design, it sounds like, so @SharkSimmer this is not a bug.
