[BY DESIGN] Leaving for work from the public lot

Here's the case. Two sims (from a 5-sim family) go out, say, to the gym. They work out for awhile. In a few hours one of them has to go to his job, so he does. After some more time another sim goes back home. So he appears in front of his house... and so the working guy does. They just stand next to each other, even though one of them is a few miles away. Then I unpause the game, and the one that's on his job slowly disappears, like he just left. (This doesn't affect their wages, not that I noticed.)
