How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.77.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put the forbidden sweater on your sim
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim's hair disappears and she goes bald, both in and out of CAS
What do you expect to see? Hair under the hat
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim has bangs and hair that I feel like you should be able to still see with the hat on, instead she is bald when I put on the forbidden sweater, but when I change her back to a different outfit her hair comes back.

I'm being told this is by design, that's just how the asset works.

@finelinetracksix Kinda doubt that's a bug. It's probably just the design and I would assumed it looked awful with most of the hairstyles.

Marking this as unsure for now.
