[BY DESIGN] [JTB] Swindle can be used outside of Batuu [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.66.139.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim do some Scoundrel missions, learn to Swindle. Then go home.
What happens when the bug occurs? Swindle For Credits is available on Sims.
What do you expect to see? Either "Swindle For Simoleons" because it gives you Simoleons, or, nothing at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Got the Star Wars pack

Ok, it is nice to know that it is supposed to be there.  

But, is it supposed to give you anything?  Whenever my sim uses it outside of Batuu, it looks like it gives you $100 but neither the household funds nor the Batuu credit balance increases.  Are either supposed to?

I've been told that when used outside of Batuu, the Swindle interaction (when successful) should increase household funds.  When used inside Batuu, Swindle interaction (when successful) should increase Batuu credit balance.

We'll look into the issue with the household funds not increasing when outside of Batuu.

Thank you for looking into this for me.  I also appreciate you getting back to me so quickly.  It's now working for me.  Deleting the localthumbcache file seems to have fixed it.
