[BY DESIGN] [IL] Teens can not make Kava or drink Kava [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number?  1.52.100.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just let teens use a kava bowl.
What happens when the bug occurs? Teens can only empty it or put it in inventory with a kava bowl.
What do you expect to see? Teens should be able to make kava and drink kava.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Kava is a mild hallucinogen and restricted to Young Adults and older. This is the intended design. Nice try you naughty teens! =P

I am also having this same issue with Vampires too, of any age. I suppose its understandable that they themselves can't drink it, but there is no interaction to call other human sims at the Kava party.

My young adult is also unable to drink or call to drink. I can only put it in inventory or empty it. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

@Trufflebuckk I'm guessing it should work for ya. Are you using mods ?

@crinrict No mods. My sim prepares the kava but once she finishes it stays in the prepared state. I've restarted my game and it still does this. I was able to get her to make it completely only once but every other time it stays as the black/brown preparing state.

@Trufflebuckk please create a new thread then with as many details as possible, including what lifestate your Sim is that has issues.
