[BY DESIGN] [GF] Angry Animation with no touching + Carefree reward trait [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? 한국어
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? At Jan/14/2019 moment, all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a sim with "No Touching" quirk and Carefree reward trait to interact other sims.
What happens when the bug occurs? Repeatedly "anger animation" occurs almost every interactions. It causes all kinds of wired animation glitches. For instance moving to the other side building and coming back(can't cancel) continuously sit down on chairs and stand up again and again between interactions, etc.
What do you expect to see? 1. The sim has Carefree reward trait complete immune to "No touching" or 2. Alternatively internal cool down time for anger animation not bind to emotion itself. or 3. The sim has Carefree reward trait and "No touching" quirk gets anger emotion not tension emotion or 4. Simply "No touching" quirk gets anger emotion not tension emotion or 5. Simply remove "anger animation"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

As far as the sim has "No touching" tension emotion, "anger animation" does not occur.

However carefree reward traits prevent to "No touching" tension emotion, so every interaction cause "anger animation"

The easy obtainable nature of "no touching", this is really pain in the *.

Please fix.

I'm being told this is by design. The Carefree trait is only supposed to prevent the Tense moodlet from occurring, which it does.

Once the sim got the tension emotion, no more angry animation happens.

"No touching" Quirk + Carefree reward trait

You can see those "Angry Animations" between interactions.

 "Angry Animations" is "Standing Animation"

So when sims have a conversation each other while sit down,

randomly occurring  "Angry Animations" make the sim stand and sit down repeatedly.

Sometimes it cause the sim wired behavior also.

Just wanted to make sure it's not a lost in translation. Not always easy to know what the term used is in a different language.
