[BY DESIGN] Can no longer ask for help with Rocket when upgrading [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upgrade Rocket
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't ask other Sims to help
What do you expect to see? Able to ask other Sims to help
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I don't know when this changed haven't used this in a very long time. The game generated Club "Covalent Bonds" includes a work on Rocket activity. Long ago when this Club first appeared I think I was able to get the other club members to help build and upgrade the Rocket. Helping with upgrades isn't available any more.

I just checked this on the December 2015 Patch (when EP02 came out and introduced Clubs) and EuphorialQueen appears to be correct. There's a "Continue Building Together" group interaction that's available, and my club members will help me build the rocket, but there's no equivalent "upgrade together" interaction from what I can find.

Since the release of base game (Sims4) the options have been to 'help build' a rocket. Upgrades are a singular activity done by your controllable Sim.

This tread should probably be closed. It's not a bug. I was not correct in my recollection.
