[BY DESIGN] [CD] Problem with Programmatic Pet Feeder

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL Expansions, Stuff Packs and Game Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy either of Petmate Programmatic Pet Feeder. The bug happens on both. Now use the Eyedropper to duplicate it.
What happens when the bug occurs? The duplicated feeder does not have the bowl attached and cannot be used.
What do you expect to see? When duplicated, it should have the bowl attached.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This is specific to the Cats and Dogs Expansion Pack.  The Product List field didn't have that option.

I'm unsure if this is a bug as they are two separate objects you can recolor separately and all.

 

The same happens with the vacuum cleaner.
