BUG Healing automatically(without input to heal) when using abilities

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I used a battery, tried to use my ULT(gibraltar) and then my character started using a battery again (shields were still full). Normally it's impossible to use a battery with full shields.
What should be happening instead? I should just use the ultimate ability and not heal with full health
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1 Low health/shield 2 heal (even if using a phoenix or battery, so hp is full after healing) 3 Use an ability (any should do, but the ones with grenades like gibraltar, bangalore or caustic ult work the best) 4 character starts healing again, even if the health is full.

As seen in this clip. I used a battery, tried to use my ULT(gibraltar) and then my character started using a battery again (shields were still full). Normally it's impossible to use a battery with full shields.

What happens when the bug occurs? When using any kind of med/shield while using a character with a throwable ult, (gibraltor/bangalore) in the middle of using your shield/med you press 'z' to ult which should cancel the med/shield use. Instead, the ult canister is pulled out, but immediately after the legend starts reusing whatever med/shield you tried to cancel.
What should be happening instead? Pressing 'z' to ult should completely cancel the med/shield use
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Play Gibby/Bangalore 2. Start to use a shield/med/pheonix 3. In the middle of using the item (don't let it finish) press 'z' to ult 4. Notice that the shield/med/pheonix gets pulled back out and starts over

The only thing I do is activate the shield battery and then hitting 'z' to activate ult. Then the battery is automatically pulled out again before i can use the ult and i keep hitting 'z' again to try to pull it out.

Was there a little lag in the match? Right after the battery was pulled out the shield was dropped a bit.

This also just happened to me in a game as pathfinder except i already healed to full and it tried to use a shield battery again

Can confirm, I've had this issue with multiple characters. I know for a fact that Caustic's Gas Traps and Gas Grenade triggers this as well as Pathfinder's Zipline.

There is lag in 70% of the matches I play (I have 100/100 fiber). Not the issue 'tho

But I can replicate this bug in any match.
1. Play caustic / gibraltar
2. Ultimate fully charged
3. Heal
4. As soon as done healing press ultimate key
5. The ultimate grenade comes out
6. Character starts healing again even if health is full

This bug still appears in season 2(5th july 2019).
Please someone look into this.

When the bug is going to be fixed? All legends are the same. Please fix this bug ASAP. It's so annoying and also, it has a major impact.
