I've been having this issue the last night I was in contact with EA support they sent me here to report the bug I've tried everything the recommended with no solution I also tried logging into my account on a different device and the same error popped up

Could you please clear the game cache as described on our troubleshooting guide on your device and then try launching the game again?

Yes I did that multiple times now I also cleared the data for the game that didn't work either I used someone else's phone to see if I could log in and it popped up on there phone as well

Hi there,
Could you close the game, swap your connection type (from Wifi to Data, Data to Wifi or turn Wifi off and back on) and try to launch the game again?
