[BUG] Blurred Out Screen After Revive Attempt

Summarize your bug Shot down from the stairs on objective A on the Rotterdam map. Going to the menu screens to change my sensitivity while I bled out because I was in a bad spot. A teammate came in for the revive and stopped my movement in the menu. The screen then cleared the menu and put me into a blurred stated. I could move buttons in the background, but couldn't see what I was pressing.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Die to get into revive state; go into menu screen, have a teammate revive during while clicking a selection in the menu. Should allow you to emulate the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Blurred out overlay screen
What should be happening instead? Should of knocked me out of the menu back into action.

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In grand operations while waiting for day 3 to start. On the deploy screen i pressed esc to open menu and then clicked assignments. The assignment menu never opened and the game started. So now there is a blur over the screen like i'm in a menu and i have a mousepointer, but there is no menu. The match is running but i can't control anything and i can't exit this invisible menu by pressing esc either.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is softlocked and i can only quit by killing it from windows.
What should be happening instead? The menu should load and i shouf be able to return to the game.

Again now when standing in spawn waiting for timer to start the game, i tried to open the assignments menu, it never loaded i i got stuck again.

Same problem here. Opened Assignments, as we spawned. Was stuck in a blurred out window. Had access to game chat and console. Nothing else

Summarize your bug After I got revived, I was not able to move at all and screen was blurred out. Maybe this is the case when the guy who is reviving get killed as he revived you (I saw that report already). After you click on Assignments in Pause menu (I was at the start of the match), screen blurs and that's it. It's like assignments cannot be loaded so you are stuck there. Esc does nothing and there is no way for you to get back into the game. I didn't try to do it again do I don't know if this is some weird case or does it happen more often. Summarize your bug Once I died, I pressed Escape -> Assignments. The screen became blurred. It was impossible to do anything apart from chatting. Console (~) can be opened as well. I tried using UI.DrawEnable false, and the screen unblurred, though the problem persisted. i was not able to click or do anything. I don't know if this is coincidence, but the match did not want to finish after time passed. (Based on people talking in chat while i was blurred out).

What happens when the bug occurs? The screen became blurred. It was impossible to do anything apart from chatting. Console (~) can be opened as well.
What should be happening instead? Screen should display Assignments menu.

Same here! You can rebuild this every time!
Only solution is to close the full game and restart it!
