[BRK] Green Goddess Pothos completely white outside in winter time

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.83.24.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except for Bust the Dust and Industrial Loft kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hang a Green Goddess Pothos outside in the winter with snow.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pothos that are hung outside turn into a full white colour. Not covered in snow, but just white, while the pothos inside stay normal.
What do you expect to see? I expect them to have a normal colouring to them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The photo shows the outside pothos being white while in the background, inside the house, the pothos is normal.
