BFF house's front door at Willow Creek is locked for no reason

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.156.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except snowy escape, vampire, cats n dogs, realms of magic, eco, tiny living, get famous, pet stuff, laundry
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When my female sim visits to BFF house at Willow Creek, all of BFF households, including my sim, can't enter their house.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I click their door, they couldn't get in.
What do you expect to see? When I influence them to knock on their door, they should get in.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
