On which server did this happen? On the BF1942 Original Conquest Expierience, but also when you host BF1942
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) every time
Summarize your bug Panzer IV zoomed view is off to the left. See attached screenshot in zoomed and unzoomed (while turret wasn't moved)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? zoom in Panzer IV driver seat
What happens when the bug occurs? zoomed view is off to the left
What should be happening instead? zoom should be same as without zoom

Depending on what angle the main body of the tank is sitting will affect the alignment of the zoomed crosshairs. If you drive around on rough terrain while zoomed in you can see how this happens, presumably to simulate the crewman having to deal with physics. I also thought this was a bug at first.

 

It's really quite an annoying feature, I get what they were going for but I don't know how realistic it is.

thanks for the feedback, so you think this is on purpose O-o. Did you also discover this in other tanks? Because for example in Shermans I didnt. Totally agree to you it feels a bit off and would be better in another way at least in my opinion
