Automatically English US keyboard gets added upon APEX launch

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. doesn't matter

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? US English standard keyboard layout gets in when there isn't
What should be happening instead? US English standard keyboard layout should not appear since it's not active
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the bug for all the users who use other keyboard inputs and layouts (international US keyboard layout on UK language for me).

2 languages input for me. UK English language on a US-International keyboard layout. Even on a UK-English layout, it's the same exact issue.
Second language is my native.
Upon launch, even prior to loading to a game and maybe pressing the default ALT+SHIFT keys in game so that the language changes, there's an automatic addition of US-English layout, every time.
And of course, in order to remove it, since it's also a windows bug I presume, you cannot remove it on settings, you have to restart/log-out, log-in.
And upon APEX launch, the same occurs.
