yeah, i do use an auto, removing it solved the prob, but cant play with the custom settings now.

What button do you use? If you try resetting to default binds does this still happen?

My attack unbinds every time I start up as well.

yep, reset and restarted and for some reason its the attack button, sometimes the toggle aim aswell.

My keybinds to use shield cell and syringe stopped working since update.

@xXxLEAF91xXx Hi, that's a known issue and is being looked into. However at least in these cases the item wheels are available. 

For anyone with rebind issues, please remove any antoexec commands for now.
