Why will my Weapon, Vehicle, Attachment or Specialist not unlock? [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug Gun Progression Not working
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the Guns Loadout Menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? The gun is stuck on level 17 and didn't go anywhere else after a kill is added or counted.
What should be happening instead? Kills should be counted and get me up to another level.

Hello all!

We have received news from the teams that all previously locked items should now be unlocked if you've completed the requirements needed to unlock the items.

Can you please check the following:

• Launch the game and look in the Collection menu,
• Check if you still see any items that are locked for which you are sure you have completed the unlock requirements,
• If you're still seeing any locked items for which the unlock requirements have been completed, please reboot the game and check again.

If you still see locked items after completing the unlock requirements & after you've rebooted the game, please do the following:

• Play a match via the official playlist mode (Conquest or Breakthrough),
• Ensures that you also complete this match and do not leave the server in between,
• If you have completed the match, the previously locked items (whose requirements you have completed) should now be unlocked.
  • You will not receive a separate message from this during the End of Round menu. Please check your Collection menu.

If you see or think that your previous progress has been reset, or items are still not unlocking for you once you've completed the requirements, please restart the game and check again.

*Note: it can take some time between gameplay sessions, roughly 1h, for the services to catch up and to make sure that everything that should be unlocked is also unlocked and available to you.

Please let us know if the issue has now been resolved for you, or if you're still seeing items that won't unlock or stay locked once you've completed the requirements.

I had use the Apache for more than 20 hours and had more than 1500+ kills and yet the 3rd unlock still stuck at 38 kills and not moving at all.

Its really frustrating all those kills and time is wasted for nothing.

This issue should be fixed and those kills should be counted already and everything should be unlocked once this is fixed,  don't made us go through it again

What game mode where you playing and can you try restarting the game and see if that helps. @MadnessMoe

Summarize your bug When i get kills ingame the count of my weapon does not go up and i can't unlock any attachments

Summarize your bug: I can't use weapon attachments even though I completed the requirements for the attachments

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i'm not sure,
What happens when the bug occurs? Doesn't allow me to equip attachment even though requirements for attachment have been met. 
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use the attachment. 

Example: DM7 is Master Level 16, and the Close Combat Magazine attachment unlocks at Mastery 1 with 30 Kills. Still says its locked with the kill progression bar listing 30/30 kills. 

Note: This doesn't happen with just weapon attachments, same problem occurs with specialist skins too. For me Sundance's night operation skin also has the same issue.

I am having the same issue. I’m not unlocking attachments and having a hard time reaching levels which I should be much higher then I am currently. Got a few buddies having the same issue

I have the same nonsense with my G57. The first optic is supposed to unlock @ 5 kills and I currently have 207 but still says its locked.
