Summarize your bug Artillery Level up Received a Skill point with a level up, but nothing to spend it on and does not show up in collection.

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Level UP artilliary
What happens when the bug occurs? You get the Blue award in game, and shows earned at end of round, but nothing in the collection
What do you expect to see? Not sure

Playing Artillery, leveled up and received a Blue level up notification. Upon review after the round ended, saw the level up indicator.
Then in collections, there is nothing to spend a point on and no opportunity to spend it as it was not shown as normal earned level up skill points.
Why award a skill pint that you can't spend??
