Arenas Ranked MMR is Crippling

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting to see what AP I gain or lose from ranked Arenas Matches

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I got all the way up to I believe Gold 1 and then I got capped
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) As soon as I got up to gold 1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I lose 12-16AP per match and only get between 20-30AP for wins.
What should be happening instead? I should be getting enough AP to have gotten me at least to Diamond 1, but instead the system has crippled me to a grinding halt at platinum 1
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play ranked Arenas and see if you're unlucky enough to get capped based on what the 'estimaterd MMR' says your rank should be.

I get 22-26 AP for winning but lose 12-16! 

I'm plat1, consistently have the most damage and kills in my ranked arenas games, but actively get the least points for winning and the most points for losing. 

This makes it virtually impossible to climb past platinum and because of this, it's now going to be too late to get up to pred because I've effectively been capped instead of being given the correct AP while everyone else was allowed to climb past me (played with a party through all of my ranks), when I actively grinded for the whole first week of release.

Is it possible for EA to look at the wins I've gotten and gift me the correct AP? Unless I was meant to get capped at only gaining 2/3rd win/loss AP for won matches, I should have been an Apex Predator by now.

What makes this WORSE is that when I solo que, I exclusively get teammates 1 TIER below me, and always at the bottom level, which I would logically assume means that I have a high MMR, but according to my cap of only getting <30 per win, it's giving me a double negative play experience.

Hey, I saw that you touched on this in another thread over a month ago, but it's still not changed in any way. The MMR base that's been associated with me for some reason varied from my teammates who played the same placement games that I did, as well as grinded with me through most of the ranks up to plat. They however, are getting up to 5x the points I receive for winning, and losing the same points I lose for losing. When playing ranked arenas, I had ~50% win ratio. 

The interesting thing is though, when I play with randoms, I virtually always get paired with bronze or silver teammates, but get put against players with obvious difference in skill than my teammates. This has made it not just frustrating to play, but impossible to actually gain rank. I've been contacting your customer support about this since the first week of this season, my case numbers are attached below.

My time investment during launch week was ~40 hours of playtime in ranked arenas. I played enough that I should have been put into Apex Predator but the MMR hard stopped me for some mysterious reason. Even when I was playing Master teams as a diamond, I didn't get anymore AP than if I was playing a diamond team. I'm not asking for your team to fix this right away, there's only a week left in the season, but can you please award me with the Arena Predator signifiers that I should have earned during my grind?
