Went to do a squad arena battle. From the character selection screen, I hit the battle button and was told someone was battling me. I waited a few minutes and tried again and an restart error screen popped up.
After restarting the app, I went back into the squad arena opponent screen and where the "Battle (#)" button was, there was a timer that appears after starting a battle. When the timer expired, it told me that I had used one of my battles (hence the timer).
