Issue with abandonment penalty & crashing in ranked arenas

Hello,

Two things:

1) Ever since this last update, I'll be playing ranked arenas and when the game is in the last round it will crash and send me to the main menu, always happens when I'm about to win and never when I am near losing.

2) Most importantly, I was about to start a game on my own against 3 players and I exited the game, only to receive a penalty for abandoning my teammates (WHAT TEAMMATES???) in ranked arenas... can I please get my AP back?? this is ridiculous

What happens when the bug occurs? It was arenas and it was only two of us. Enemy team was three so after match started I disconnected. And got penalty for 10 minutes.
What should be happening instead? No penalty because my squad was't full from the very beginning
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get only two members of the team and leave the match as soon as the game allows you after character select

Having a similar issue here. Currently waiting because of abandonment penalty for leaving a nonRanked arena game, without any team members.

So you want to force me to go 1 vs 3 ? No thanks...
