Arcanist Loyalty Achievement Not unlocking

I have the same issue along with the Sniper Ace achievement. Both have been completed but not unlocked on xbox one.

I'm having this same problem but on the PS4. 3000/3000 for Arcanist, onto working the Champion challenge but no PS4 trophy.

Confirmed that as of Patch 1.1 on 23 April 2019 the issue has been fixed for Xbox.  Didn't pop after update or login so I jumped in and did an Arcanist contract - achievement popped at the end of the mission.

Can also confirm, got 1 kill w an Autocannon and did a mission for Freelancer and got both Trophies.. and my Plat! 🤠
