I am the only one to respond? Wow
But I do get mails for replies and I check my mail regularly, but even if I didn't check often I would check here regardless, and respond to someone who is trying to help me.
I hope devs will take care of this soon

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Since rolling back my GPU driver, I have had no crashes of any kind, error message or not.
To roll back GPU drivers:

I've reproduced this bug.
It happens during screen transitions.
Specifically you can get it to crash if you have selected your champion and the screen where it is showing the champion for the match, and before it loads into the map and drop ship.
If you go into the settings at that point you will cause a crash to desktop.
I just did it 3x in a row to test it.

Same bug. Last one alive, I fell from out of bounds back into the match with 15 seconds to go before I would have been out, I ran up a wall - tried to run up a two story wall - and the game hitched and just vanished on me with a windows chime but no error message.
I have also noticed hitching when it translates text to speech.

I have tried this method, but im still crashing every game/every other game. i have spent hours troubleshooting other methods as well. nothing seems to be working for me.
My specs are:
i5-7500
RX480
16gb ram
latest drivers 19.2.1 ( i have also tried on driver ver 19.1)
im convinced that its something on their end at this point. I dont have any issues with other games. When im not crashing, the game feels good, runs real smooth. Hopefully there will be another solution or a patch from respawn will come out soon.

Solution from @pijcab helped in my case, I didn't have a single crash after I did the fix.
I will copy/paste solution one more time here.
For anyone still having the issue, try going into your sound icon on bottom right > righ click > Sound > Playback and disable any output device not in use (don't forget to right click show all disconnected / deactivated devices).

I tried that, didn't work for me
