Apex re rolling daily challenges not working [ Edited ]

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Rerolling challenges

What happens when the bug occurs? When you try to reroll a daily challenge and click yes it bugs out and says there was a problem processing game logic
What should be happening instead? I should be able to reroll my daily challenges without the game bugging out
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to daily challenges and reroll one of them then it will send you to an error message

Thanks for following up and letting me know. It may have been a temporary hiccup of some kind. If it starts happening again please give me a shout here.

Hi @TriggerWordz. 

When you have a chance could you try repairing Apex Legends in Origin to see if that helps at all? If you right-click on the game in the Origin Library you should see a Repair option when the menu comes up.

Hi @EA_Kent.

I have repaired my game and it seemed fine until a few weeks and then the same error message happened again. I repaired my game after the error message happened and when I had got back onto Apex and tried to re-roll my challenges the exact same error occurred. I'm not really sure what I should do at this point.

@TriggerWordz For some reason or another the bug fixed and I could re-roll my challenges but this is very inconsistent when this happens.

I'm having a similar problem on Xbox. No error message, the "Unlock Reroll 'Challenge'" screen opens but I'm not able to click the unlock option at all, token amount isn't an issue.

i haven't been able to reroll any of the challenges since Season 7 started on my PS4

@huyness6 Hey, can you try re-rolling from the lobby page instead? On the main challenge page the button to confirm is unresponsive. Though you can press the d-pad to highlight it, rather than using the cursor.
