Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was in the lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Nothing

How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t see the skydive trail in the option menu
What should be happening instead? I should have a diamond skydive trail
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know look at my profile
So my problem is that, I just realised that i hit diamond rank in season 2 and i didn’t receive my diamond skydive trail. In the following pictures you are going to be able to see the proof, i already texted with someone in a Support live chat and he said i should address the problem here, because they can’t add anything to the game from last season. I’m gonna add the picture of the conversation as well.
