Apex legends crashes on viewing lifeline's character model.

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was in the legends tab in the menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Hovering my mouse over the chatacter "Lifeline"

What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes and makes a new text file in my documents
What should be happening instead? The game would not crash if i hover my mouse over lifeline
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Maybe look into why lifeline's character model crashes my game
I tried to repair the game but it still doesn't work, i even tried getting into a game while trying to avoid seeing the character model but someone picked her in the character selection screen while joining a match so my game crashed as soon as she appeared.
