Apex legends - Still getting stuck in the spine of the loot ship

I am on Xbox one S and was playing on worlds edge, I had fallen and my team member came to the rescue, after the revive I was stuck in the spine of the ship,  couldn't get out, couldn't be shot nor could I shoot out of the wall.   I was crypto, now what if the ship would have been in final circle and I kept reviving my fallen team mates because they were in close enough range for me to grab there box and go to a respawn beacon.
