What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes and i get the an error has occured in the following application error it bluescreens
What should be happening instead? No more crashes on main accounts
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I play on my main account and i bluescreen

Something that may help is to boot your console in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

@REALAPEXMODSYT Yeah why is this happening? They should fix it. I've heard from Staycation streamer that you have to delete friends but i don't know if it works.
On Xbox i have 140 and maybe only 10 playing Apex no crashes.
Do you have more friends?

What can I do to stop the blue screen from happening a lot in apex kegends ps4 I tried alot of way to fix it but nothing worked. Thanks for your help

These blue screens are ridiculous on ps4. It's like they don't care about us console players cause if they cared they would have been looking at their tweets I been send them on Twitter. I send in a lot about this issue. It's taking almost the whole season to fix this problem. I feel like cussing them out cause it shouldn't take them 2 months to fix this issue since the season started. The game is literally unplayable. I lose rank points when I blue screen which is *. I shouldn't be penalized for that. I can't even play a full match. I can't even stream my game from the PS4 cause every time I blue screen it Automatically shut off the stream. Respawn is trash company and that why you almost went bankrupt and you respawn developers probably beg to be bought by EA cause you developers know it wasn't going to well for you guys

Facts I’ve crashed at least 200 times and it’s been happening since season 5 I’ve done all of the stuff like rebuild software
