Apex is frozen always at the same moment

What happens when the bug occurs? The game is frozen. A few seconds later I'm showed as disconnected to my squad mates. The Windows key works and I can reboot the game but I can't go to another app using alt+tab. When pressing Ctrl+shift+esc the task manager opens but I can't get rid of the game's screen. I am obliged to reboot the game and the game count it as a death in just 10 or 15 seconds each time... And I lose points in Ranked.
What should be happening instead? The game shouldn't freeze.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug as been present since the Duo Mode update. It seems to happens much more frequently when I play while being in a Discord call or when I'm not playing in Solo queue.

I tried reinstalling the game but it didn't change anything.
I tried playing with a better WiFi but it didn't change anything as well.

When I use MSI afterburner the stats showed are also frozen. It seems to been related to the display since everything else works. Apps seem to open but I just can't leave Apex Legends even with alt+F4.

Maybe it happens because I'm playing with a 1300x 768 resolution instead of the Full HD ones on my OS settings.
