Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. In game store

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I noticed it a few days ago just didn’t do anything about it
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) I noticed it a couple of days ago
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? In the game lobby I try to purchase in game apex coins and it won’t let me, I will show a picture below of what it says I just have some Xbox cards I’d like to spend and I can’t cause the game will not allow it.
What should be happening instead? Letting me buy coins in game

I tried looking at the screenshot you attached to your thread, but unfortunately I'm unable to open up the file. Can you let me know what error message you're seeing when you try to buy the Apex Coins?
