What happens when the bug occurs? I was playing arena match. when I got to the lobby my coins were 0
What should be happening instead? I had 1600 apex coins but they disappeared

Hello. 

I had 1600 apex coins this morning. 

I was playing an arena match.

When I got back to the lobby my coins was 0

I contacted an ea advisor and he told that I had bought rare cosmetic packs. 

But I didn't. 

How??? 

Where is my coins???? 

I can't even find what I got in return of my coins. 

Please help.

this same thing happened to me. my 1800 coins got disappear.
