Apex Store, Legends tab and Loadout tab are greyed out. All my skins are locked

The Store, Legend tab and Loadout tab are all grayed out. All the legends I unlocked are now locked. I have already restarted my game and the issue is still there.

The rare occasion I am able to get into lobby by sheer luck or spamming continue on the main screen, this is what I see as well. (Referencing level 500 bug)
