Apex Packs not receiving from Battle Pass or Leveling up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When I level up with the battle pass or player level, I do not receive my Apex Pack. This has happened about 3-4 times including the legendary pack
What should be happening instead? I should be opening Apex Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game?

Please fix this and return my legendary Apex Pack and my 3 regular Apex Packs

I was the correct level but it fixed itself when I restarted the game client. Didn't play a match. I'm good.

There is a bug and the match summary screen is broken. You need more xp.
For me it happened when i quit the game because it was duo... and it gave me wrong fake xp and level.

I guess this is it but i'm not sure.
Go to Battle Pass tab screen with all the rewards. What's your level?
If it shows level 4 then you need more xp to reach level 5 and unlock the legendary apex pack.
In challenges there is a yellow xp bar and this is your correct battle pass xp bar.

@EA_David This happened to me too I was level 27 on BP and didint get my apex pack. I tried to contact the EA help team but they told me to post here after more than one hour of talking and checking. I still got nothing. seems couple of people was facing the exact same issue and were asked by the team to post here. I mean why should waste one hour then not getting my problem fixed.

Can you actually help please i have try dozens of ways to fix it d on far ive lost 10 apex packs this is rediculous since i have put at least 50 bucks into the game help now please!!!
