Apex Packs not received after leveling up

Experienced the same issue after reaching lvl22

After leveling up from level 6 to 7, I didn't receive the tokens and the apex pack. The Apex support team also did not compensate me.

I have the same problem i am currently level 28 and i havent gotten a pack since 25 26

It tells you what your next level reward is.

Not every level after 20 has packs as a reward for leveing up.

EDIT: You get 45 Apex Crates from level 1-100

Exactly how do people not realize this? It tells you how often you get an Apex pack before you level up. After level 20 it's every 2-3.
