Apex Pack never received

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I claim the apex packs, press circle on my controller and i never get the packs, they dont show up after i restart my system and game, i never get items as if i opened it or the packs. (Battle Pass 29 Level 24)
What should be happening instead? Getting the packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk really, I tried claiming the rewards and never got them, the servers were a bit laggy though.

What happens when the bug occurs? Since this has happened, I earned 2 apex packs (level 24 and tier 30 battle pass) and didnt get my packs, theres no trace of the packs on my account.
What should be happening instead? I get the apex packs

Hey, Battle Pass packs have a weird quirk when a duplicate notification can show up after the packs have already been acquired and opened.

In this case I can see the packs were acquired and opened as normal. One had a Mirage Legendary card frame, which was the only real item of note in them.

 Sorry for the delay, it was a long weekend on my side. 

I believe the first pack had the Pop goes the Weasel Mirage frame, the Mandarin common Caustic skin, and 15 crafting mats. The 2nd box had The Desert Scorpion rare Wraith skin, 15 crafting materials, and a common quip for Revenant: "That little voice, it's lying"

@Lunary_tenebre Hey, I just tested and was able to grab it, but notably I needed to restart my game client for the content to show up. Can you close the game then start it back up and check again? You should then get a notification, and the content should be in the blue/rare section of your character/weapon inventories.

The Alternator and TT skins are called Spring Serenity, he Pathfinder and Horizon skins are Porcelain Perfection, and their banner frames are named Good Fortune.
