[Apex][PC] Holospray text tooltips appear on various menus and legends

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. The issue occurs in the Legends part of the menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Browsing different legends and their options.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? None, the issue occurs with a fresh start.

What happens when the bug occurs? Text tooltips for holosprays appear on different menus and on different legends. See attached images for reference.
What should be happening instead? The text tooltips for the holosprays should only appear when the cursor hovers over them and for their respective legends.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1.Boot Apex 2.Navigate to the 'Legends' tab 3.Select any Legend 4.Navigate to the 'Emote Wheel' tab 5.Select different Emotes and Holosprays (they don't need to be unlocked) 6.Repeat steps 3-5 using other legends 7.Observe issue

Description: After selecting a few different legend and their respective emotes and holosprays, a visual issue occurs in which holospray tooltips can be seen on various menus and legends. See atached images for reference.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Boot Apex
2.Navigate to the 'Legends' tab
3.Select any Legend
4.Navigate to the 'Emote Wheel' tab
5.Select different Emotes and Holosprays (they don't need to be unlocked)
6.Repeat steps 3-5 using other legends
7.Observe issue
